| Within 30 days | Decision to grant or refuse, notified to you |
| Up to 30 more days | Possible extension for voluminous/complex requests |
Requests by data subjects for their own personal information are free of charge. A fee may apply to other requests, and you'll be told about it before we process the request โ financial hardship can be raised for a fee waiver.
A request may be refused where the record contains a third party's personal information without their consent, disclosure would unreasonably invade a third party's privacy, the record is subject to legal privilege, the record doesn't exist or can't be found after reasonable effort, or the request is manifestly frivolous or vexatious.
This manual is available free of charge to anyone who requests it, and is published online at knocktalent.co.za/legal.
It will be reviewed at least annually, and whenever Knock's information holdings materially change, there's a change in applicable law, the Information Officer changes, or Knock launches its post-pilot web platform.
